At Variety London, we are committed to delivering a seamless and refined shopping experience from order to arrival. Below is our policy for delivery, exchanges and exceptional circumstances.

Order Processing

We carefully process orders in sequence and aim to dispatch within 72 hours.

You will receive an order confirmation by email and a second email with Royal Mail tracking once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to events beyond our control (customs, carrier delays, force majeure).

Shipping Fees & Complimentary Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and service level.

Complimentary UK standard shipping on orders over £100.

Complimentary international shipping on orders over £150.

Customs, Duties & Non-Collection

International shipments may incur customs duties or taxes; these are the recipient’s responsibility. Variety London is not liable for customs-related delays.

Refusing or failing to collect a parcel to avoid duties does not constitute grounds for a refund. Returned parcels due to refusal/non-collection may be exchanged; any associated fees (return carriage, customs, re-shipping) must be paid within 7 days.

Delivery Concerns & Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not been delivered within 15 days of the original expected delivery date, please contact Customer Support at info@varietylondon.co.uk, quoting your order number and tracking details. We will investigate and advise you on the next steps.

Claims submitted later than 15 days from the original expected delivery date cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges as our primary service. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Request an exchange within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@varietylondon.co.uk with your order number and reason for exchange. We will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) and return instructions.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; please use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.

Conditions for Exchange

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, misuse or tampering will not be eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

International Returns & Duties

For international exchanges, customers are responsible for any export/import duties, taxes or customs charges on returned or replacement shipments.

Proof of Postage

Please retain tracking information and proof of postage until your exchange is complete.
