Delivery & Returns Policy
At Variety London, we are committed to delivering a seamless and refined shopping experience from order to arrival. Below is our concise policy for delivery, exchanges and exceptional circumstances.
Order Processing
- We carefully process orders in sequence and aim to dispatch within 72 hours.
Dispatch, Tracking & Delivery
You will receive an order confirmation by email and a second email with Royal Mail tracking once your order has shipped (track at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item).
- Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:
  UK: ~2 working days
 Europe: ~5 working days
 North America & Rest of World: ~7 working days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to events beyond our control (customs, carrier delays, force majeure).
Shipping Fees & Complimentary Shipping
- Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and service level.
- Complimentary UK standard shipping on orders over £100.
- Complimentary international shipping on orders over £150.
Customs, Duties & Non-Collection
- International shipments may incur customs duties or taxes; these are the recipient’s responsibility. Variety London is not liable for customs-related delays.
- Refusing or failing to collect a parcel to avoid duties does not constitute grounds for a refund. Returned parcels due to refusal/non-collection may be exchanged; any associated fees (return carriage, customs, re-shipping) must be paid within 7 days.
Delivery Concerns & Lost Parcels
- If your parcel has not been delivered within 15 days of the original expected delivery date, please contact Customer Support at info@varietylondon.co.uk, quoting your order number and tracking details. We will investigate and advise you on the next steps.
- Claims submitted later than 15 days from the original expected delivery date cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges as our primary service. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
- Request an exchange within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@varietylondon.co.uk with your order number and reason for exchange. We will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) and return instructions.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; please use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.
Conditions for Exchange
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items that show signs of wear, misuse or tampering will not be eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If an item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
International Returns & Duties
- For international exchanges, customers are responsible for any export/import duties, taxes or customs charges on returned or replacement shipments.
Proof of Postage
- Please retain tracking information and proof of postage until your exchange is complete.
